Visas & entry

The paperwork you
didn’t know you needed.

Transit countries have their own visa rules. Most people find out at the gate. We check them before you book, and file the applications for you.

Same desk, same person, same day. No app to install and nothing to sign up for first.

3

— takes about ten seconds

Email or mobile, a six-digit code, done. No password, ever. After that your profile carries your loyalty numbers and every trip, and the next request is one line.

What goes wrong

A transit visa is the classic one. Whether you need one depends on your passport, the specific airport, and whether your bags and your route force you through immigration between flights. Two people on the same aircraft can have different answers.

Then the quieter ones: a passport with five months left on it when the country wants six. An onward-ticket requirement nobody mentions until check-in. A visa that exists but takes eleven working days when you fly on Tuesday.

None of these are hard problems. They are just problems nobody checks until it is late.

What happens after you send it

Exactly the same four steps whether you sent us a flight, a hotel or a passport question. One desk, one thread, one person at the end of it.

Step 1

You send one line

WhatsApp, text or email. Rough dates and half-remembered city names are fine. There is no form.

Step 2

Claude reads it properly

It reads the whole request, works out what you asked for, and says it back to you so you can correct it while correcting is free.

Step 3

We do the research

Every option compared on what matters for this trip, your loyalty programmes applied, and the things only a person can settle flagged for her.

Step 4

Rakhi books it

A real travel agent reviews the shortlist, picks, books, and sends you the confirmation. She is the one who decides.

Where the software stops

We check every leg against your passport and flag what needs doing. Rakhi files the applications and chases them. Entry rules change and vary by consulate, so a person confirms every item before you rely on it.

Nobody takes one of these and none of the others

Every trip needs a seat, a bed and, often enough, permission to land. If we only handled one of the three you would buy the other two somewhere else — from a site that does not know your status, your passport or where your meeting is. That is the whole argument for one desk.

Straight answers

Is this legal advice?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. It is a checklist built from your actual route and your actual passport, confirmed by a person before you rely on it.
How early should I send you a route?
The moment it is roughly real. Processing time is the constraint that cannot be bought back, and it is the one people discover last.
What do you need from me?
Passport nationality and expiry date. Without nationality there is no answer to give — the same route has different requirements for different passports.
