The paperwork you didn't know you needed.
Nobody misses a flight because they forgot the visa for the country they were flying to. They miss it because of the country they were changing planes in.
What actually goes wrong
A transit visa is the classic one. Whether you need one depends on your passport, the specific airport, and whether your bags and your route force you through immigration between flights. Two people on the same aircraft can have different answers.
Then there are the quieter ones: a passport with five months left on it when the country wants six. An onward-ticket requirement nobody mentions until check-in. A visa that exists but takes eleven working days when you fly on Tuesday.
None of these are hard problems. They are just problems nobody checks until it is late.
How it works
Your passport, once
Nationality, number and expiry go into your profile the first time. We never ask again.
Every country, every trip
Including the ones you only transit. Checked before the flight is booked, so the routing can change if it needs to.
She files it
Your agent completes the application, submits it, and tracks it through to approval.
It lands in your profile
Approved visas and expiry dates sit alongside your trips, so next time the check is instant.
Two things worth knowing right now
Europe's ETIAS is coming, but not yet. It launches late in 2026 at €20 for US, Canadian, Australian and other visa-exempt travellers, with a grace period running well into 2027 before it is genuinely enforced. A lot of travel content is scaring people about it early. We will tell you when it starts to matter for your trips, not before.
Dubai is easier than people assume. US, UK, EU, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, Japanese, Korean and Singaporean passports get 60 days visa-free, so a Gulf connection or stopover costs you nothing in paperwork.
A person does this
There is no automated visa service here, and we would not trust one. Software tells your agent which countries on your itinerary need checking — she does the checking, fills in the forms, and files them. If something is borderline she will tell you it is borderline rather than guess on your behalf.
Send us the trip. We'll tell you what it needs.
Rough dates and half-remembered cities are fine.
